Let’s get moving and have some fun! Besides personalized Movement Therapy Sessions we offer other supplemental therapies and conditioning options. Don’t have Pilates equipment at home? These offerings are formatted to make you feel great while also giving you tools to use when not in the studio. 

Analyze your current exercise and wellness programs, improve your alignment, movement, and strength- then take what you’ve learned and use it in your personal practice. The body awareness and education you gain from sessions like these are the key to staying safe in all other workouts or activities you do. 

 

Supplemental Therapies

 

Magic Green Ball Fascial Release

Use the Rocking and Rolling to Release™ Method to rehydrate your fascia and release tension in the body. This session will take the client through specific body positions coupled with gentle rocking movement on either a semi-hard green ball or soft ball to facilitate the release.

 

Total Body Stretch

Just as it sounds! Stretch your body from the bottom of your foot to the top of your head!

 

Total Body Foam Roll

Learn how to use the foam roller to perform self-myofascial release. Massage away your aches and pains while you explore the major movement muscles of your body. Great as a relaxing treat or as an educational session.

 

Pelvic Floor Love & Education

Learn about the amazing Pelvic Floor and how it connects to and effects the rest of your body! Not only for women pre- or post-natal, this program is an essential for all bodies and will teach you how to properly activate and (just as importantly!) release your pelvic floor muscles. You’ll be surprised at the extent the Pelvic Floor effects back health, urogynecologic disorders and mental health.

Exercise Program Tune-Up

Review your current exercise program with a specialist to be sure you’re getting the maximum benefits from what you’re doing already. We will fine-tune your movements and edit your program as needed for your specific goals. A great tool for those who have graduated from Physical therapy or those who exercise on their own.

 

Pilates Foam Roll

Use your Foam Roller for exercise and balance training! The Foam Roller is not just for rolling… it is one of our favorite tools to activate our tiny, deep stability muscles and have fun while doing it. A great class to learn and add to your home practice and/or do with a friend!
