Injured?
In Pain Often?
We recommend you start your journey with a Joint Evaluation Session. This 60 minute session is a full evaluation with our Physical Therapist Markus as well as your Pilates Instructor Claire. Together, they will evaluate your injury as well as locate any other issues you may be having to construct a treatment plan customized to your specific needs. As a team, they provide a hands-on functional approach looking at how you move your body. This assessment includes evaluating your joint and muscle function, as well as discussing any other personal goals you may have. In addition to a total body treatment plan, your sessions will include specific modalities to decrease your pain and rehabilitate your specific injury.

Wanting to simply move your body safely?
We recommend you start with a Movement Therapy Evaluation. This 50 minute evaluation session with Claire will pinpoint any postural issues, muscular imbalances, instability and bad movement habits. We will use this information as well as your personal goals to create your individualized program. In this evaluation, you will also be introduced to the different apparatus as well as get your body moving!

Get going with a Functional Integration Evaluation. Meet with Claire, review your goals and get moving! In this 50 minute session, Claire will use her experienced eyes and the apparatus to evaluate your movement patterns. We will pinpoint any imbalances in your body and any inefficient movement patterns. In reading the unique story your body tells, Claire will design your plan to help you meet your unique goals.
Pregnant? New mom?
Dealing with any women’s health issues?
Schedule a Women’s Health Evaluation. Using The Center’s Method of program design, Claire will evaluate your current status and create a program just for you. We will truly address your needs and requirements for safe, beneficial exercise. With a whole lot of love and support, Claire will utilize The Center’s Method to show you how to “Prepare the Body” and “Repair the Body” during pregnancy and the postnatal period.
